Adrienne Palmer is a proven, accomplished entrepreneur. She is focused on ways to support entrepreneurs and business growth, and empowering women entrepreneurs. Through her various activities, she consistently supports programs that raise awareness and create diplomatic dialog for cross-cultural engagement, understanding and education. Global Impact Advisory (2018-Current)
Insite Interactive – Insite Interactive is one of Dallas’ leading digital agencies, founded in 1998. Insite provides digital development strategy, creative, user experience design, website development, application development for web and mobile, implementation and integration of third-party systems, and ongoing web/mobile support services.
- January 2017 – Current, Founder, Board Member and Ambassador - Since transitioning from an active management role in January 2017, Adrienne continues as a Board Member and External Ambassador for the company, resulting in new business development and external engagement.
- May 1998 - December 2016, Founder, President & CEO - As the Founder and President, roles and responsibilities included providing the start-up vision, business management and leadership to the Insite team; new business development and partnerships; helping clients hone their strategies; communicating Insite’s vision and capabilities to the marketplace; HR and hiring; building a leadership and management team; managing all legal and financial matters; conducting Private Placement funding, stock purchase investments and Founder transition transactions.
World Citizens Guide – World Citizens Guide (WCG) is a citizen’s diplomacy movement committed to increased awareness and understanding of cross cultural cues that create the negative impressions of America. Through effective global mindset education, the WCG hopes to build improved relations and improved global travel experiences.
- January 2017 – Current (passive, part-time), Co-Founder and CEO - As Co-Founder and CEO, responsibilities include formation of non-profit fund and entity; launching the movement publicly; strategy and business model development; and partnerships and alliances to expand the message and audience.
Entrepreneurship Export Exchange (E3) – An initiative of the Global Situation Room, the E3 conferences connect small to mid-sized business owners to trade representatives and global trade policy experts to provide access to the resources, relationships and education needed to effectively expand into international markets.
- January 2017 – December 2017, Conferences Director - As Conferences Director, roles include creating the conference agenda, curating speakers, recruiting business owners, coordinating with venues, managing partner relationships, and managing staff.
SPARK Global Entrepreneurship Coalition, White House initiative– Coalition of the world’s leading NGOs that support entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship education with the mission of increasing impact through collaboration and sharing.
- January 2015 – December 2016, Co-Founder and Co-Chair - As a Co-Founder and Co-Chair, activities included designing the principles and foundational agreements, and engaging leaders of organizations in collaboration discussions.
US State Department “A New Beginning: Entrepreneurship and Innovation” IVLP– Cross cultural exchange funded by the US DOS to connect entrepreneurs for learning and peer-to-peer sharing. Each year for four years, 30 delegates from 30 countries, for a total of 78 counties.
- March 2010 – November 2013, EO Program Manager - Participated in delegate selection; led coordination with various partners; drove delegate engagement efforts before, during and after the programs; planning of events; speaker and facilitator selection and negotiations; mentorship matching; etc. Continue to support of many other US DOS IVLP and Fellowship Programs including YALI and YLAI on an ongoing basis as needed.
Entrepreneurs’ Organization – EO is a global organization with over 13,000 members in 54 countries that are Founders and/or majority owners of their businesses.
- July 2013 – June 2016, Global Board of Directors - Global Board service included setting strategic direction; guiding the efforts committees and councils of volunteer leaders around the world to ensure strategic alignment; allocation of funds for a $25M annual budget, fiduciary responsibility for overall oversight of operations; connecting with and representing members in over 150 chapters in 54 countries.

Southern Methodist University (SMU) Temerlin Advertising Institute
- Fall 2004 – Spring 2007, Adjunct Professor, Interactive Media - Developed curriculum and taught the first Interactive Media course at TAI, Introduction to Interactive Media, in the years when it was becoming essential for advertising students to understand technology/web/interactive and how it is changing the industry. Included classroom lectures; development of curriculum, projects and tests; grading and assessing performance; and one-on-one student advising.
